The Library and your Practice Catalog
The Library is where you choose which plans your practice offers. Your Practice Catalog is that list: only plans in it can be assigned to members.
Who can do this: Practice owners, staff and coaches · Available on: All plans (your tier sets how many custom plans fit in your catalog)
Find your way around the Library
Go to Curriculum → Library. You'll see three tabs:
- Practice Catalog: the plans your practice offers today. These are the plans you can assign at registration or from a member's profile.
- Global: Vibility's library of plans. You can add any published one to your catalog.
- Custom: plans that belong to your practice, such as Vibility plans you've customized.
Each plan card shows Global or Custom, and In catalog when it's already in your Practice Catalog. Click a card to preview the plan the way members see it.

Add a plan to your Practice Catalog
- Go to Curriculum → Library and open the Global or Custom tab.
- Find the plan and click Add to catalog on its card.
- You'll see "Plan added to the Practice Catalog". The plan now appears on the Practice Catalog tab and can be assigned.
If Add to catalog is grayed out, hover over it to see why. A plan must be published first, and custom plans need a free slot (see below).
Remove a plan from your Practice Catalog
- On the plan's card, click Remove from catalog.
- Confirm in the dialog.
The plan is no longer offered for new assignments. Members already on it keep their enrollment and access.
Your Custom plan capacity
Your subscription sets how many of your own plans can be in your Practice Catalog at once. The Custom plan capacity card at the top of the Library shows your tier, "N of M catalog slots used" and how many remain.

|
Starter | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Custom plans in your Practice Catalog | 3 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Building a plan from scratch (New Plan) | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ |
- Only your own published plans count. Vibility's global plans never count, so you can add as many of those as you like.
- When you're at your limit, Add to catalog is disabled on other custom plans. Remove one first, or contact Vibility support about a tier change.
- On Starter and Professional you build your own plans by customizing Vibility library content. New Plan in the Builder is for Enterprise.
- Vibility can set a custom allowance for your practice. The card shows "Custom allowance applied" when it has.

Why only cataloged plans can be assigned
Your Practice Catalog keeps registration and plan assignment tidy: your team picks from a short list of plans you've chosen, not everything in Vibility's library. It's also how your custom plan allowance is counted.
Other Practice Catalogs
Protocols and care cadences work the same way, each with its own Practice Catalog, Global and Custom tabs:
- Supplement protocols: Supplements → Protocols. Custom protocols: Starter 1, Professional 10, Enterprise unlimited.
- Care cadences: Care Cadences. See Care cadences and your cadence catalog.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Publish this plan before adding it to the Practice Catalog." | The plan is a draft. | Publish it from the Builder, then add it. |
| "Archived plans cannot be added to the Practice Catalog." | The plan has been archived. | Choose another plan. |
| "Practice Catalog capacity could not be checked. Retry before adding this plan." | The capacity check didn't finish. | Click Retry on the capacity card, then try again. |
| "Catalog capacity could not be loaded. Adding custom plans is paused until this check succeeds." | Same as above. | Click Retry. |
| Unavailable on a plan card | "This plan is no longer available for new assignments." | Members already on it are unaffected. Choose another plan for new members. |
| "No plans in this catalog yet" | Your Practice Catalog is empty. | Add published plans from the Global or Custom tab. |
